Each NekoSan begins as a simple story — a small moment from everyday life, captured through curiosity and play.
From there, the idea moves through a careful, handcrafted process: first sketched in pixels, then painted, felted, or printed as a physical work. Every piece is sealed, signed, and embedded with an NFC chip that links directly to its digital record — ensuring authorship, traceability, and care across time.
